Listen back to 3BBR’s live broadcast from Rotary’s 2026 Australia Day event held in Civic Park, Drouin. The event brought local community organisations together from 8:00am throughout the morning and included a flag-raising ceremony, sausage sizzle and activities for the young ones.
It was also an opportunity to meet the 3BBR team in person, as Russ Ford presented live from the Soundshell in Civic Park from 9:00am – 12 noon. Thanks to everyone who participated in our broadcast.
This special programming meant that Big John Meyer swapped with Russ to host Memories and More from 1:00-3:00pm. (There will be no Letters to the Editor program from the Regional News Team on Australia Day, but there will be a special hour of First Nations Australian music at 11:00pm.)
